I've spent years bringing people together, giving ideas a platform, and making ambitious things real. Now I'm telling the story from my side of the room.
My story starts with curiosity. About people. About how the internet moves culture. About why some ideas stay on a vision board while others become the events, brands and conversations everybody remembers. From digital trust and community leadership at TikTok to building Sparkling Dreams, I've followed that curiosity into new rooms, and created a few of my own.
I'm also a mom of three. I love a strong outfit, a new idea, and a moment that feels worth remembering. None of those parts of me live in separate boxes, and this site won't pretend they do.
I'm a mom, a founder, a community-minded creative, and someone who refuses to be put in just one box.
More than a job title ↗

From August 2021 to the Nashville office closure in August 2026, I worked behind the scenes at TikTok in Trust & Safety, learning how digital platforms operate, how community guidelines are applied, and why certain content gets flagged. Leading within BLXCK showed me what can happen when people feel seen, and what it takes to build something bigger than one person.
Outside those walls, I was planning events, building brands, designing campaigns, finding partners and helping other people show up in the world the way they imagined.
Five years in Trust & Safety: misinformation, community guidelines, content moderation, platform integrity. Learning how the platform works, not just what's on it.
North America lead for BLXCK, TikTok's Black employee resource group: a 900+ member community, cross-ERG collaboration, and the first employee-led BLXCK video.
A 2026 career transition became a chance to focus on entrepreneurship, experiences and a platform with my own name on it.
"The Executioner" isn't a job title I gave myself. It's what people started calling me when they realized I don't just dream up a concept. I find a way to bring it to life.

Meaning, intention, the details that turn a concept into a direction.

People, logistics, creative problem-solving, and the decisions nobody sees.
Real experiences and finished spaces, not imaginary campaign results.

Audience, participation, outcomes, and the evidence behind the story.

There is always a next one. That's the job.
A grassroots employee initiative that grew into a multinational effort supporting students, families, and communities. During my time at TikTok, I helped lead the BLXCK employee community and co-led our Back-to-School Drive. Alongside school supplies, we introduced Bags of Grace for parents and caregivers: family resources, online safety information, and support for the whole household.

My role: BLXCK ERG co-lead, community engagement, partnership development, and cross-functional program coordination. Work completed during my employment with TikTok, with employee volunteers, business teams and nonprofit partners. Shown as an example of my leadership, not an independent brand partnership.
Program figures from the 2025 final recap. Delivered with employee volunteers, business teams and roughly 13 nonprofit partners.
A few chapters from technology, community leadership, cultural programming, and immersive events. Every piece on the table is real. Drag them. Open one.

My work moves between strategy, content, social media, storytelling and live experiences. I never want one label to flatten the range of what I do.
From cultural programming to marketing and partnership development, this work has been about showing what Nashville can create when people come together.
Artist campaigns and event promotion: translating music, personality and the message behind a performance into content that helps people connect with the artist.
Creative and marketing support across personal-brand storytelling and developing business concepts, connecting the voice behind the brand to a cohesive audience experience.
Real-estate social content and marketing that translate listings, local expertise and everyday questions into content designed to build familiarity and trust.
Helping bring together music, civic learning, local leaders and creative talent into a live cultural series, with the work stretching from campaign assets to production details.
A distinctive masquerade concept developed into a real evening of entertainment, style and atmosphere: the details, the decisions, and the experience guests walked into.
Reach is one kind of influence. Bringing people together, shaping stories, earning trust, and getting ambitious ideas across the finish line are others. I've applied those skills inside a global platform, across client accounts, and in cultural experiences that live beyond a screen.
See my partnership value ↗Distinct kinds of evidence, not additive audience figures.
"I don't just want people to see what I make. I want them to feel what becomes possible when we actually show up for each other."
Some projects need reach. Some need a trusted connector, an inventive campaign, or someone who can bring the experience to life. My value is in knowing how to connect those pieces, and execute.
Leadership experience supporting a 900+ member employee-community network, plus work connecting artists, local leaders, audiences, and collaborators.
Digital storytelling and campaigns across 615 Day/Week, Kendrè Streeter, @allthingsjrenee, Anastasia Williams Realty, and cultural programming.
From Voice the Ballot to Queen's Empire Ball and 615 Week, I know the moving parts behind live creative experiences: people, programming, visuals, and production.
My reputation comes from making the details work. Partners need more than inspiration; they need an idea that can actually happen.
Creator technology. Family and lifestyle. Culture. Travel. Experiences. I'm building relationships nationally, with room to grow internationally. If your brand values original thinking and thoughtful execution, there's a conversation worth having.
I understand both sides of the partnership: how a brand thinks about its audience, and how a real person decides what deserves their attention. I bring digital marketing perspective, creative direction, community relationships, and hands-on experience turning a concept into a campaign or live experience. Let's make something useful, surprising, and worth talking about.
Inquire about a partnership ↗Concept development, content strategy, intentional product integration, and original stories that fit the people you want to reach.
Thoughtful integrations into cultural programming, creator experiences, community events, and partner activations, with agreed roles and measurable goals.
Put tools to work in authentic creative projects, from production workflows to original visuals and storytelling. Sony and DJI are priority prospects, not current sponsors.
Build a relationship across a campaign, a season, or a series of experiences instead of buying a single post.
I'm developing sponsor relationships for the 2027 edition of 615 Week: creative integration, a reason to participate, and a thoughtful post-event recap. In development, not an announced sponsor roster.
Speaking, moderating, hosting, and practical conversations about leadership, creative execution, technology, and AI. I bring the experience, and I show up as myself.
Speaking and appearances are booked here. Organizational training and advisory are delivered through Sparkling Dreams.

Personal style, moments of joy, and all the things that aren't a job title.

Career chapters, growth, and the freedom to keep evolving.

From platforms to purpose, always curious about what can come next.
